- Scope of Work
Ultimate Granite Installations provides fabrication and installation services for granite, quartz, and other natural stone surfaces. All services rendered will be based on a mutually agreed-upon proposal or estimate. Any modifications to the original agreement may affect the price and project timeline and must be confirmed in writing.
- Scheduling and Project Timeline
Our work schedule is based on the availability of materials and site readiness. Clients are responsible for ensuring all pre-installation requirements (e.g., cabinet installation, plumbing disconnection) are met before we begin. Delays caused by unprepared sites may result in rescheduling and additional charges.
- Material Selection and Natural Variations
Clients acknowledge that granite and other natural stones contain unique variations in color, veining, and patterns. While we make every effort to honor your preferences, we cannot guarantee an exact match between samples and final materials.
- Seams and Installation
Seams are often required in stone installations. Placement is based on structural requirements and aesthetics, and seam visibility may vary depending on the material. Our team ensures that seams are as inconspicuous as possible.
- Site Conditions
Clients must provide a clean, accessible, and safe work environment. We are not liable for incidental damage to surrounding areas due to standard installation practices. Please remove or cover any nearby items before installation.
- Appliances and Fixtures
All necessary appliances, sinks, and fixtures must be present during the templating phase. We are not responsible for misalignments or inaccuracies caused by unavailable or incompatible items.
- Payment Terms
A deposit is required to begin your project. Final payment is due upon completion unless otherwise specified in your estimate. Failure to pay on time may result in late fees or work delays. Payment details will be outlined in your proposal.
- Warranty and Liability
We offer a 1-year limited warranty on our workmanship. This does not cover damage due to misuse, negligence, or modifications by third parties. Liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the materials we install.
- Cancellations and Refunds
If a project is canceled after material purchase or fabrication has started, deposits may be partially or fully non-refundable. Specific refund terms will be outlined in your proposal.
- Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the appropriate state or federal courts located in North Carolina.
- Changes to These Terms
Ultimate Granite Installations reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and will apply to all new and ongoing projects.
